Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. Pork
  • 1 tbs. EasyPeasy onion paste and 1 tab
  • EasyPeasy  tomato paste
  • 2 tbs. Vinegar
  • Dry roast till fragrant
  • 1 tsp. Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. Corriander powder
  • 1 tsp. Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garam masala (homemade)

  • 1

    To pork add all ingredients and mix well and marinate for at least 1/2 hour. Can be kept overnight too in refrigerator.

    Cook in its own juices. In cooker for 2 whistles.
