750grms. Mutton cooked 3/4 with whole spices.
To this add 2 tabs Easy peasy onion paste, 1 1/2 tabs. Easy peasy tomato paste 1/2 tsp. Tumeric powder, 1 tsp. Chilli powder. Two handfuls chopped mint, two handfuls of chopped corriander leaves and salt to taste. Cook open till done. Grind 4 tbs of coconut and 1tbs of cashew nuts. Add to mutton.
3/4 cook 4 cups of rice with 1 tabs ghee and salt to taste
Layer in dekshi.
1/2 the rice one layer, the mutton and then the other 1/2 of rice. Keep on dum. Garnish with corriander leaves.
