2 kg prawn (when unpeeled) 3 heaped tablespoons of EasyPeasy Tomato paste 1 heaped teaspoon turmeric 3 teaspoons red Chilli powder. Salt to taste Curry leaves
Directions
1 Mix ingredients (except curry leaves) well and marinate for half hour.
Move marinade to a pan on medium flame. Cook till all water evaporates. Add curry leaves.
Add oil if it sticks to the bottom (preferably coconut oil), stir and cook till done.
