Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Lamb chops
  • 3 tbs EasyPeasy Onion paste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 Green chili
  • 10 - 12 Curry leaves
  • Dry roast 1 tsp. Corriender seeds 1/2 tsp jeera 1/2 tsp saunf 2 tsp pepper corns.
  • ½ Glass water
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1 Pound the dry roasted dry masala together coarsely. In a pressure cooker add a little oil. When hot splutter mustard and jeera. Add lots of curry leaves, chops and EasyPeasy onion paste and slit green chilies and fry fir some time. Add the roasted powder masala. Mix. Add water and cook till done (approx. 4whistles) . Garnish with fried potatoes and coriander sprigs.
